President Obama is in Afghanistan and will address the nation tonight.

VPR will carry NPR's live coverage from Afghanistan beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Obama is joining Afghan president Hamid Karzai to sign the agreement that will govern the US role in that country after the American combat mission ends in 2014.
