The International Space Station as seen from the last Space Shuttle mission.

On some clear nights, you can step outside, stare into the Vermont sky and catch a glimpse of the International Space Station. There are several Vermonters who are involved with the project.

We hear from former NASA Astronaut Colonel Jerry Carr and Jennifer Kimball, who is a Flight Controller for the International Space Station. They provide their perspective on space exploration and look at what future there is for NASA.

Also on the program, Governor Shumlin, like Governor Douglas before him, has promised to deliver high-speed internet to Vermont's last mile. We get an update on where the state stands in the quest to reach the goal from Connect Vermont Chief Karen Marshall.
