Reactions To Shumlin's Budget Plan

Governor Peter Shumlin addressed the Legislature with his budget plan for FY 2013.

Governor Shumlin delivered his budget address Thursday. We hear from lawmakers about their thoughts on the plan the governor presented. House Ways and Means Commission Chair Janet Ancel and Diane Snelling, who sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee, share their thoughts on how money will be spent and revenues generated.
