Vermont has three major political parties, the Democrats, Progressives and Republicans, and they are developing strategies for the coming legislative session and the election season that begins in earnest next summer.  Host Bob Kinzel discusses the top issues facing the state with the party leaders, Progressive Party Chairwoman Martha Abbott, GOP Chairwoman Pat McDonald and Democratic Party Chairman Jake Perkinson.


Also in the program, the CEO of the Vermont FoodBank, John Sayles, explains why far more people have relied on food shelves this fall, and why Thanksgiving is a time that highlights the problem of hunger in our region.
