How do you remember your middle school years? Sixth grader Rafe Khatchadorian thinks they're the worst. Authors James Patterson and Chris Tebbetts, along with illustrator Laura Park, give us all the sordid details, through Rafe's eyes, in their new young adult fiction book, "Middle School: The Worst Years Of My Life." We talk to Chris Tebbetts, who lives in Hinesburg, about his new bestselling book, and the many distinctly "middle school" in it - from the awkward to the profound to the hilarious.

Also on the program, we take a tour of the Enfield Shaker Museum in Enfield, New Hampshire with lead docent Arthur Gagnon. The Shaker religion was founded in the mid 1700s in England and was brought to America by Ann Lee in 1774. In its heyday, small communities of Shakers sprung up all over New England. Now, there are only three living Shakers known in the world. They live in a village known as Sabbathday Lake, in Maine. But the Shakers left other legacies as well, which you can learn about at the museum.
