A detail of the West Facade of the U.S. Supreme Court is seen in Washington.
The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a case with implications for Vermont's religious schools and colleges. The case hinges on exceptions to labor laws provided to religious schools for hiring and firing instructors.

Vermont Law School Professor Cheryl Hanna discusses the origins of the exceptions and how their removal would impact religiously affiliated schools.

Also on the program, Dr. Robert Pierattini is the physician leader for the psychiatry service at Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlington. He discusses the challenges facilities like his face as they await word from the state on the future of the State Hospital.
