Governor Peter Shumlin says Vermont may not be able to count on Washington for funds to pay for Tropical Storm Irene damage.
Governor Peter Shumlin discusses the latest estimates of damage from Tropical Storm Irene to both state and local roads and bridges. He also looks at how the state might pay for these costs and the options for the future of the state office complex in Waterbury.
