Vermont Yankee
The court case over the continued operation of Vermont Yankee has begun, with the first hearing held last week behind closed doors. And Entergy is asking for a decision from the court by July on a preliminary injunction keep the plant running past March 2012, when its current license expires.

VPR's John Dillon and Rutland Herald reporter Susan Smallheer will give us an up update on the lawsuit, and we'll take a look at other Vermont Yankee news.

Also on the program, we visit the waste water treatment facility in Johnson for a look at how the recent flooding impacted the plant.
