Remembering Blanche Moyse

Blanche Moyse
We learned early this morning with great sadness that Blanche Moyse passed away yesterday, we'll hear from her recording of Bach's St. John Passion with the New England Bach Festival Orchestra this morning.

And, the theme for this week's Classics for Kids is musical sleigh rides. So we'll open today's show with Tchaikovsky's "Troika" (sleigh ride), and then hear a wide selection of other works including and Dvorak's Sonatina for Violin & Piano.
