In a recent study ranking states on campaign finance disclosure, Vermont received a grade of F and came in 43rd. Jessica Levinson of the Center for Governmental Studies that conducted the survey, and Vermont ACLU Director Allen Gilbert discuss why the state fared so poorly and what can be done to improve transparency in this area.
Plus, Rev. Lance Harlow of St. Charles Roman Catholic Church in Bellows Falls unveils a link from the chain that held St. Peter in Rome in 67 AD. The relic has been in the possession of the Diocese of Burlington since the 1890s.
