Vermont's Income Sensitivity Program

For over a decade, about 70 percent of all Vermonters have been able to pay their education taxes based on their income and not on the value of their property. We take a close look at this policy, called Income Sensitivity. Some people think the program should be expanded, while others want to sharply restrict eligibility in the program. Our guests are former Hardiwck Representative Paul Cillo and State Tax Commissioner Richard Westman. Listen
