Twenty-five years ago, Madeleine Kunin became the first woman to be elected governor of Vermont.  Kunin remains the only female governor to serve in Vermont. She says it's still tougher for women in politics, and more women need to establish their credentials.  She addressed a symposium on government at UVM this week.
