Former NPR reporter Sarah Chayes has been living and working in Afghanistan for almost a decade. A dynamic speaker, Chayes makes Afghanistan’s political problems easy to understand. She spoke about problems in Afghanistan's government at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire on Monday, November 16th.
