The nation's health care system is in crisis. And many have come forward with recommendations to fix it. In his new book, "Howard Dean's Prescription for Real Healthcare Reform," Vermont's former governor outlines his solution. He discusses his plan for a public health insurance program, how other countries handle health care and which special interest groups he believes are standing in the way of progress. Dean also reveals why, after seven years of silence, he is speaking out against the Douglas Administration's policies for the Housing and Conservation Fund and the Vermont Yankee Decommissioning Fund.
