The legal landscape for detainees at Guantanamo Bay has shifted since the last month's Supreme Court ruling. On Tuesday, a hearing might clarify the next steps for court proceedings. We talk with three Vermont lawyers who are doing pro bono work for detainees about the legal implications for their clients. Our guests are attorneys Robert Rachlin, Robert Gensburg and David Sleigh.
