Peter Galbraith

Prior to her assassination, Pakistani leader Benazir Bhutto e-mailed her old friend Peter Galbraith, asking for his help. Galbraith, who lives in Townshend, believes that Pakistan is the real front line and the place where the U.S. is in the most danger of losing the War on Terror. Galbraith has been in the thick of many international crises. As ambassador to Croatia he helped forge peace treaties in the Balkans. He helped expose Saddam Hussein's chemical attacks on Iraqi Kurds. Now Galbraith -- who chaired Vermont's Democratic Party in the 70's --says he's "seriously considering" running for Vermont governor. We talk politics, international and local, with Galbraith. And we take your questions.

Then, we talk with Abdool Khan who has recently returned to his home in Williston, Vermont after making the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca.

Shuffle step, ball change, flap, flap, flap. We learn the steps in a visit to an adult tap dancing class.
