Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy has been leading the charge for a solution that recognizes the cultural and economic importance of U.S.-Canada relations. He joins our conversation, along with Tim Shea of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Keith Beadle, a former customs inspector and village trustee in Derby Line, Vermont.
