Property Tax or Income tax?

The complexity and frustration over Vermont's property taxes has prompted some people to wonder if there isn't a better way to fund schools in the state. Friday on the program, Bob Kinzel's guests are Rep. Bud Otterman and Tax Commissioner Tom Pelham. They discuss the pros and cons of using income taxes to pay for education.

Also in the program, VPR's Ross Sneyd analyzes some of the big stories of the week, and we listen back to voices from the week's news.
