Professor Frank Bryan discusses presidential greatness

Professor Frank Bryan discusses presidential greatness, observing that no president since 1952 has been ranked as great. Is it possible to be considered a great president in the post-modern world?

Bryan is a political scientist who teaches courses in Public Administration and American Politics at the University of Vermont. He has authored several books on state and local politics, each enthused with his rural populist point of view, and he is also a frequent VPR Commentator.
