Patti Daniels's No-Knead Bread

My friend brought this to my house for a party. There was way too much food, so I ended up saving this and brought it to VPR on Monday. It was fresh and delicious even after a couple of days!
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. yeast
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. water
Combine all ingredients, mix, and let rest in a covered bowl for 12-18 hours.
Turn dough out of bowl onto a floured surface. Fold dough twice and cover with a floured towel. Let dough rest for 2 hours.
Preheat a Dutch oven at 350 and plop dough in pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
