Glass Blowing
VPR's Samantha Fields headed to Charlotte, to a garage that's been converted into a glass blowing studio for the Vermont Edition series Summer School.
With the furnaces roaring at 2,000 degrees, artist Bud Shriner explained how to turn a lump of molten glass into a delicate drinking glass, flecked with color.
