St. Albans Flooding
The town of St. Albans has a long shoreline - almost ten miles - and the record-setting Lake Champlain flood water is still so high around the bay that it surrounds many homes. Many homeowners are starting to realize all the ways the water has damaged their homes - from their cellars to their very foundations.
