Laser Harp
At this time of year college seniors are pulling overnighters to put the finishing touches on their senior theses.
For one student at Middlebury College double-majoring in music and physics, those finishing touches don't involve spell check and endnotes. They involve a hammer and nails and complicated computer programming. Because this thesis is the construction of a laser harp! VPR's Jane Lindholm paid a visit and brought back these photos.
