Jean Ferguson

Jean finds it interesting being called a "flatlander" since moving from Colorado Springs, Colorado (at the 6,900-foot base of Pikes Peak) to the Green Mountains of Vermont. The birthplace of her and her husband’s newest grandchild was the motivation behind the move.
Jean came to VPR having worked with public radio stations in Minnesota, Arizona and Colorado. She particularly enjoyed establishing Radio Reading Services for blind, visually and physically impaired persons using the stations’ sub-carriers.
Jean is the person you meet when you enter our Colchester studios. She provides administrative services to VPR's listeners, guests and staff.
