Joe Pepper

Joe Pepper grew up in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. A pianist, he earned performance degrees from both Ithaca College and
the University of
Missouri-Kansas City. He then worked as a pianist for the Kansas City Ballet. Joe teaches in the music department at UVM. He is also a restorer of historic keyboard instruments (mostly
fortepianos). He performs five-to-ten solo recitals a year, usually in or around
Vermont, and has a private piano studio.
