Loan Program Targets Energy Efficiency, Renewables

and legislative leaders have proposed a new public-private loan program to
boost energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The Clean Energy Loan Fund
would consolidate existing state energy loan programs and increase private
capital directed toward energy projects.

Rutland Competition Rewards Energy Efficiency

Rutland officials are kicking off a countywide competition to
encourage energy efficiency. The competition offers $10,000 rewards to
towns that show the greatest percentage of home energy improvements and the
highest average energy savings per home.
