Employees at the Brattleboro Food Coop will vote Wednesday on whether to form a union. 140 of the coop's 160 workers are eligible to say yes or no to joining Local 1459 of the United Food and Commercial Workers.

Over the past several years, Brattleboro has had its share of setbacks. We broadcast live from the new Brattleboro Food Co-Op to get an update on how the town has been dealing with the recent challenges.

The "Brattleboro Food Co-op" and the "Windham Housing Trust" hope to construct a new downtown building that will house the co-op and affordable apartments. This month, the project was given $875,000 in state and federal money.
